Yariana Rodriguez Ortiz, MD

Dr. Rodriguez-Ortiz joined Renal Specialists of Houston in 2024 after completing a fellowship in Nephrology at Houston Methodist Hospital. During her fellowship, she earned recognition for her compassion and dedication to delivering exceptional care, receiving the prestigious Tom and Catherine Uber Humanitarian Award and being appointed Chief Fellow. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Rodriguez-Ortiz has also conducted research highlighting her commitment to reducing health disparities in our city’s growing Hispanic population.
