• Take 59S to Hwy 6
• Turn right on Hwy 6
• Once you turn right stay in the right hand lane.
• After you have passed the Brooks/First Colony intersection to the right you will see

• We are on the first floor in suite 174.

If you are an existing patient:

• From the location on Sweetwater- drive down on Sweetwater towards HWY 6.
• Sweetwater turns into First Colony.
• Once on First Colony turn left on Hwy 6
• Imperial Medical Center will be on the right side.
• We are on the first floor in suite 174.
