Bilal Moukaddem, MD

Dr. Bilal Moukaddem joined Renal Specialists of Houston in 1995 after completing his fellowship in Nephrology at University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. Working primarily in the Baytown area, he is Chief Medical Officer of Azura Vascular Center and an interventional nephrologist specializing in the correction of dialysis access dysfunction. Dr. Moukaddem is fluent in Arabic and French, and is Medical Director of Fresenius Kidney Care Baytown and Baytown North dialysis facilities.
